2A/100mΩ Dual-Channel Switch with Ghost-Cancellation
General Description
The MY7122 is a dual-channel high side power switch with ghost-cancellation function designed for scanning LED display. The built-in discharge circuit eliminates the ghosting image and reduces “worm phenomenon” (*1) caused by LED short circuit or leakage. The internal on-resistance of power switch is 100mΩ.
The MY7122 is available in a SOP8 package.
(*1) Worm phenomenon: In the dynamic display, when a LED short circuit or leakage occurs, the off-LEDs on the same cathode will be lighted up.
